At The Eighth Rung Foundation we identify potential entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. These business owners are well suited to gain a competitive advantage by making their personal investment in the urban core.

We provide start up capital, and capital and loans for growth; we work with the entrepreneur to increase their time available to develop the business. Within our business model we take an ownership interest in the client firms with the objective of creating synergy that will lead to a significant return on investment for the entrepreneur and our investors.

Our strategy involves providing basic business services, training, networking, and mentoring. The combination of these inputs provide a significant savings to the entrepreneurs in both time and money.
